Adam Marcus will be presenting a research paper on Centennial Chromagraph later this month at the ACADIA 2014: Design Agency conference, at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. The paper, titled "Centennial Chromagraph: Data Spatialization and Computational Craft," describes the project's design process, specifically how large quantities of data were mined to produce novel spatial and material effects.
Centennial Chromagraph will also be featured in the conference exhibition, along with two other projects: Modular Variations, and the Architecture In The Making research conducted with California College of the Arts and Autodesk's Pier 9 Workshop.
